Products over 50″ long and shipped flat, such as Metal Prints, may require Freight Shipping. Please allow additional time for freight delivery times.
What is turnaround time? Is it guaranteed?
Turnaround time is the number of business days to produce your order in-lab. It does NOT include weekends, holidays, Dor shipping time. We do everything possible to maintain our turnaround times, but they are not guaranteed. Credit card errors or increased order volume during promotions/holidays may cause longer-than-expected turnaround time.
When will my order arrive?
To determine when your package will arrive, add turnaround time + your shipping time. For example, if you place a domestic order on Mon evening for an item with a 1-day turnaround time + 2-Day Shipping, it will ship out Tue evening and arrive Thu evening. This example assumes no holidays.
